Requirements:

  • Willing to work on voter outreach and volunteer coordination
  • Strong telephone communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must work at least 5 hours each week on a reliable schedule

    Also Need Volunteers and Staffing in the folling areas:

    MARKETING – Promoting The Committee to Elect Vincent Forras to US Senate, our events and activities

    • Public relations – represent The Committee to Elect Vincent Forras to US Senate at meetings & events
    • Create ads and PSAs for newspapers, radio & TV
    • Develop & coordinate promotional plans for Campaign events
    • Design posters, pamphlets and fliers
    • Disseminate fliers and posters in your area
    • Contact businesses and other entities for ads, donations, or sponsorship of Campaign events
    • Plan and execute fund raising events


    FUND RAISING & EVENTS – Manage sales and Oversee Events

    • Design and/or procure fund raising items
    • Work fund raising tables at meetings and events
    • Organize special and events
    • Head up an event or program committee

    EDUCATION – Provide opportunities to learn about our Constitution and promote our guiding principles

    • Help lead or facilitate classes and seminars
    • Attend Constitution classes or seminars
    • Lead or help facilitate a study group
    • Participate in a heritage book study group
    • Develop materials to enhance members’ political skills
    • Develop book and website lists for members” reference
    • Attend state legislature meetings
    • Attend town halls and/or visit legislators’ offices
    • Help research and provide information on key legislation
    • Circulate petitions
    • Participate in protest rallies
    • Farm for candidates who support limited government
    • Research candidates’ positions on 912 principles and key issues

    COMMUNICATIONS & TECHNOLOGY – Provide the necessary tools for communications and connectedness between committees and members,

    • Organize Forums & Blog tools for member contributions
    • Set up and maintain email lists for Constituents
    • Inform & train members in use of new communication technology
    • Search websites of other organizations for information &  ideas

    INTER/INTRA-ORGANIZATION LIAISON – Work with other compatible organizations to support each others events and maximize our numbers and collective voice

    • Develop contacts with members of other groups or like- minded organizations
    • Represent The Committee to Elect Vincent Forras to US Senate at political meetings or events
    • Help lead, facilitate or promote an inter-organization event
